Alleppey Nehru Trophy Boat race is a popular kerala festival held in the Alleppey punnamada Lake near Alappuzha, Kerala, India. Vallam Kali or Vallamkali literally means boat race. The most famous event of the race is the competition of Chundan Vallams (Snake Boats).
